  SEWERS: On 27 January 2010 the foundation stone for the construction of 1st and 2 sewerage stage for our community. Participated in Mayor Josef ing House, general manager of building construction Chomutov ing Jaroslav Kopecký OHL ZS, councilors, and several spectators.   SEWERAGE continues 2010: laying of the main series in Zdar Žehrovka in and follow the road around the school, according to the chapel, the direction of the Doubrava WWTP.    In September 2009, construction began on the sidewalk for children from primary schools around the chapel to the bus stop. Work carried out the company COLAS CZ, as Praha - Mladá Boleslav branch. The budget for this event is 900 000,-Kč.

    After the revolution, since 1990 the local authority had to repair all municipal buildings. At the turn of the eighties and nineties to complete the exterior plaster at primary school, carried out the fitting, the school has set up a suite with a dining room and introduced to water. In 1990, the total repair of the chapel began in Žďár and 12 September 1993 was solemnly ordained. It was built health center in the nursery school in Doubrava, all settlements built a public telephone station, built with the municipal water supply and gas for all villages in the municipality. He made a new wireless local radio, replaced lamps and public lighting generally corrected. The whole village is magnified, at the same time the local people began to worry more about their homes and public spaces, viz. Villa Carolina in Doubrava. But added that it is still a lot of work, which the municipality is waiting. It is necessary to repair local roads. In 2006, the repair of the pavilion began in the football field, in early 2007 are already visible structural modifications to the building, which has become private property.

     In 2004, started in our village profusely and construction of houses on the land in Doubrava for amelioration struhou from the transformer to the company BOSNIA on the left side. In these places are built seven houses. Furthermore, opposite the nursery school are still three houses under construction in kindergarten two houses under construction. Another is building on land in Břehách on the brink between Doubravou and banks and others is at the end of Žďár towards Žehrovu.
